The GLOBAL G.A.P. (Global Good Agricultural Practices) program is one of the most widely used farm-level food safety assurance systems in the world. It is not just a "testing program" in the laboratory sense, but also a comprehensive certification framework that integrates risk assessment, preventative controls, traceability and verification audits across the entire agricultural production process.

This program was developed by retailers and producers to ensure safe food from farm to market. It is recognized globally and emphasizes preventing contamination during production instead of relying on end-product testing.

Sampling:
