Price Lists

Reports:

• Anatek offers customized reporting formats in a variety of data packages. Our list prices reflect standard data packages that include analytical results, testing methods and techniques used.  Requested quality control samples outside of our normal QC program will be billed on a per sample basis. Standard turn-around times and rush billing are outlined below.
• Electronic deliverables are available for most reporting formats, and will be billed on a quoted basis.
• Faxed or e-mailed preliminary reports are provided at the customers request.
• Reprints of reports older than 3 months, but less than 1 year are $10.00 each, and reports older than 1 year are $25.00 each.  Data will be stored for five years and then purged.

Payment Terms

• Prepayment is required for all customers unless a credit has been approved. When credit is approved, projects are billed when the samples are received for analyses and are payable in full within 30 days from the invoice date.
• Overdue accounts are subject to a service charge of 1.75% per month or 21% annually on all unpaid balances.
• Prices are subject to change with out notice.
• Quoted prices are payable by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

To set up an account, please fill out our Application for Credit and email to cherip@anateklabs.com.  We have a policy of asking for payment before we release analytical results until we have established your account.  You can mail us a check, or we can accept your Visa or Mastercard account number in payment.
